- Why this consultation is different
Most free dental consultations happen in a dental chair. This one doesn't.
At a clinic, the free consultation is with the dentist who does the clinical work. That's useful, but the person who actually designs and builds your veneers or crowns usually sits in a lab you'll never see. Here it's the other way around. You start with the ceramist. Your dentist does the clinical work later, with our design already in hand.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes in the Oatley studio at no cost and with no obligation to proceed. You leave with a clearer sense of what's possible.
Do I need a referral or a dentist first?
No. You can come to us first. If you don't have a dentist we work with, we can connect you with one after we've discussed your smile.
Will any clinical work happen at this appointment?
No. This is a design conversation with Mo, the ceramist. Clinical work, preparation, bonding, anything that touches your teeth, is done by your dentist. Our consultation focuses on shape, shade and how the final restorations should look.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. If you have recent photos of your smile, or images of smiles you like, bring them. Otherwise we take photographs in the studio.
How is this different from a free consultation at a dental clinic?
At a clinic you speak with the dentist doing the clinical work. Here you speak directly with the ceramist who will design and hand-build your restorations. Same free 30 minutes; different conversation.
